• Managing Priorities: How can you respond flexibly to changing priorities without falling into multitasking as a team or individual?
• Implementing Kanban: Kanban can be introduced at various levels (individual, team, organization). This method offers a unique approach to change management by building on the existing situation. What does this mean in practice?
• The Kanban Mindset and Values: What thought and behavior patterns are associated with Kanban, and how do the values reinforce this approach?
• Kanban KPIs for Progress Tracking: Which metrics are effective for monitoring progress and performance?

International Certification:
You will receive an official international Kanban certificate.
