About the training:
Become a Black Belt Expert!
Are you ready for the next step in your Lean journey? After the successful Lean Green Belt training, you are already well-equipped with the tools to implement improvements. But now it’s time to elevate your expertise and lead large, impactful projects independently!
What can you expect from the Black Belt training?
In this follow-up training, we dive deeper into powerful Lean tools. But what will truly make the difference is you! We focus on your behavior and the impact it has on change. How do you get your team on board? How do you handle resistance? And how do you ensure that your message is clearly communicated to all stakeholders? These are just a few of the exciting topics you will explore during this training.
A Practical Approach to Your Success
The training consists of two blocks, each lasting two days, spread over two weeks. We recommend waiting at least 5 to 7 months after your Green Belt training before starting the Black Belt, to gain sufficient practical experience. This experience makes the deep dive during the Black Belt training even more effective.
Important to Know
To participate in this training, you must have already started an improvement project, which will serve as the practical assignment for your Black Belt exam. After registration, one of our experienced trainers will contact you for a personal intake. We will discuss your learning goals and expectations to tailor your learning experience optimally.
Learn from the Best!
Our Organisation Coach, a Master Black Belt, shares his valuable practical experience with the group. We delve deeper into change management and how to effectively deal with resistance. You will also receive personal coaching during your own improvement project, allowing you to grow further with confidence and skills.
