Achieve your Lean Green Belt and transform your organization!
Are you ready to make a real impact within your organization? With our Lean Green Belt training, you’ll gain all the tools and insights needed to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and implement sustainable improvements. Together with our experienced OrganisationCoach, you’ll learn in interactive sessions how to effectively apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies in practice.
In just six intensive days, you’ll go through the key steps of a Lean Six Sigma project: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control (DMAIC). We go beyond theory; you’ll work on real case studies and receive personal coaching to tackle your specific challenges. This ensures that the material is immediately applicable to your own organization.
With an internationally recognized Lean Green Belt certificate in hand, you’ll be ready to start as a Lean change agent or process improver. Moreover, our training offers the opportunity to advance to a practical certification, where your work will be directly assessed and recognized by a Master Black Belt.

The program: Over six days, you will follow the DMAIC methodology:
Day 1: Introduction to Lean and Six Sigma + Simulation game
Day 2: Define phase + Stakeholder analysis + Project Charter
Day 3: Process Mapping + Measure phase
Day 4: Analysis + Implementing improvements in the Improve phase
Day 5: Control phase + Exam + Change management
After this training, you can be deployed as a Lean change agent, project leader, or process improver! You will also be able to translate an organizational/process problem into a concrete Lean approach.
Small groups, maximum impact
We intentionally work with small groups, so you receive the attention and coaching you deserve. For additional support, you can also purchase coaching hours from a Master Black Belt, focused on your practical case.
International certification:
You will receive an official international Lean Green Belt certificate, with the opportunity to also obtain your Lean Green Belt Practical Certificate. At the end of the training, a theoretical exam will be conducted on the last day. Upon passing this exam, you will receive your international Lean Green Belt certificate.
Do you want to proceed with your Lean Green Belt Practical Certificate?
If you want to proceed to your international Lean Green Belt Practical certificate, you will need to present your results from the practical case in addition to taking a theoretical exam. This can be done on the same day or within 3 months after completing your theoretical exam. Your OrganisationCoach will help you meet the certification requirements and will assess your final presentation. There are extra costs associated with this.
