The Obeya Host Training consists of two intensive training days. This training goes beyond traditional facilitation styles. You’ll learn as an Obeya Host, how to guide a session and foster a culture of innovation and ownership. You’ll discover how to use the Obeya method to help teams make decisions and create a shared understanding. It’s a way of working, thinking, and designing solutions that actually work. You’ll engage not only with theory but also with practical assignments and simulations, so you can immediately apply what you learn. After the first training day, you’ll receive a practical assignment to implement directly in your organization. On the second training day, you’ll reflect on these experiences together with your group.
